Delivery Information

We usually ship our T-Shirts 48 hours after we have taken payment*. 48 Hours is defined as 2 working days, which are usual UK business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.The cost of shipping depends on where you are and how many T Shirts you order. When you process your order the website will automatically determine how much shipping you have to pay. The Tariffs are currently:

Shipping Within the UK
Number of T Shirts: 1 £2.50
Each Additional T Shirt £1.00

Shipping Within Europe
Number of T Shirts: 1 £3.50
Each Additional T Shirt £1.00

Shipping to Outside the EU
Number of T Shirts: 1 £5.00
Each Additional T Shirt £1.50

If you order 4 or more T Shirts we will upgrade the shipping to 1st Class Recorded as standard. (UK Only) A Signature is required. Most orders delivered to the mainland UK will arrive 24 hours after we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We recommend there is someone in to receive the order, as it may not fit through your letterbox and you would have to collect from your local post office or sorting office.

We remind you it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct full address and postcode. If you have provided us with a incomplete or wrong address and your order is returned to us, we may charge you to to resend your order. To avoid this happening please provide the full address which includes door number (or house name), street name, city and postcode. If you have made an error before we have sent the order please email us and we will update your order information.

Returns Information

Exchanging for a different size shirt is free within 14 days, however you will need to get the shirt we have sent back to us and it needs to be unworn. When you send your order back to us please make sure to include name address and email as well as the size you would like. This will make it easier for us to deal with your order and get a replacement out to you as fast as possible.

If you would prefer a refund please email us store@humptee.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be able to process a refund for you. The shirt should be in perfect condition and unworn, there is a flat-rate restocking fee of £2.00 per shirt.

It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in good condition, when sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Postage is non-refundable unless you are returning the shirt because of a manufacture fault.

Side effects

There are normally no side effects from the HumpTee more than possibly sore back for the first few nights while getting used to the product. If you have concerns we suggest consulting your GP before use, especially if you have back problems. HumpTee™ or it's parent company Decho Limited will not be held responsible for any injury caused by using this product.
