As snazzy as it looks The HumpTee™ is quite simply a very light rigid ball attached to the back of a T-shirt which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on your back. Therefore the HumpTee™ snore stopper will only stop you snoring if you mainly snore when sleeping on your back.

A teeth grinding remedy too

For most people sleeping on their back also makes their jaw fall back and then the back teeth grind. This can also be very loud and disturbing for a sleeping partner. Again, by wearing the HumpTee Snore Stopper sleeping on the side may reduce and even eliminate this.

Is it painful?

The way this t-shirt works is by being uncomfortable when lying on your back. This therefore deters sleeping on the back and encourages sleeping on the side. Everyone is different of course, but most people find that after a while they get used to the deterrent and start to sleep on the side automatically. In time, the ball may not even be necessary for some people. If you have concerns we suggest consulting your GP before use, especially if you have back problems.
